Matthew Locraft has been active in retail commercial real estate in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area for over 12 years, specializing in retail tenant and landlord representation. Proir to KLNB, Mr. Locraft spent 10 years with CB Richard Ellis, Inc.(CBRE), and 2 years with Madison Retail Group specializing in the sale and leasing of retail properties both in landlord and tenant representation, as well as property disposition and investment sales. In May 2003, his team was awarded the 2002 CB Richard Ellis Retail Team Award for the entire company. In over 12 years of fee-based production with CBRE, Mr. Locraft has been involved in over 500 sale and lease transactions, with total consideration exceeding $800 million. At CBRE, Mr. Locraft earned his Vice President status in just his third year of production, and First Vice President status in 2002. In 2000 and 2001, he was recognized in the top 20 retail salespeople nationwide for the retail division of CBRE, consisting of over 300 retail salespeople. In 2002 and 2003, he was included in the top 50 retail salespeople for CB Richard Ellis.

Education
Matt earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a marketing major from Loyola College in Baltimore in 1992. At Loyola, he was a captain of the Loyola Lacrosse Club, NCLL Champions in 1991 and 1992.

Matt holds active membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the leading trade association for retailers, developers, owners and brokers of retail properties in the United States. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
