Melissa Welch has been active in commercial real estate in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area since 1997. In August 2004, Mrs. Welch and her partners opened the Northern Virginia office of Madison Retail Group. She is now a member of KLNB Retail where she continues to specialize in retail tenant and landlord representation. Previously, Mrs. Welch spent 5 years with CB Richard Ellis, Inc., specializing in the sale and leasing of retail property. In May 2003, her team was awarded the 2002 CB Richard Ellis Retail Team Award for the entire company.
